Key Responsibilities: Ensure samples are cataloged and stored safely under mandatory environmental conditions, adhering strictly to safety guidelines and industry regulations. Oversee the intake, logging, storage, and safe handling of petroleum samples in accordance with standard operating procedures. Maintain accurate, up-to-date physical and digital records to ensure full chain-of-custody traceability. Coordinate with technical and field personnel to retrieve, prepare, and dispatch samples efficiently for analysis.
