Responsibilities: Meet required service, quality, productivity, and attendance standards. Assist with deposits, withdrawals, bonuses, promotions, and platform usage. Investigate and resolve customer issues or escalate when necessary. Follow customer service procedures and escalation processes. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and account-related issues. Requirements: HND or Bachelor's Degree with experience: in Customer Care, Call Centre, Customer Support, or a similar role. Strong spoken and written English. Excellent communication, listening, and problem-solving skills. Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure. Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays. Experience: in betting/gaming, fintech, banking, telecoms, or e-commerce is an advantage.
