The role will support recruitment, onboarding, employee management, documentation and overall workforce coordination. Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day HR activities for resources across the assigned locations. Support recruitment, screening, onboarding and documentation of new resources. Monitor employee attendance, performance, conduct, welfare and probation. Handle employee queries and follow up on HR-related issues and concerns. Maintain accurate employee records and provide timely HR updates and reports. Support payroll collation by ensuring accurate employee and attendance information. Coordinate employee movements, replacements, transfers and exits. Liaise with employees, supervisors and client representatives on HR matters. Ensure compliance with company and client HR policies and processes. Requirements: Bachelor's Degree / HND in HR, Industrial Relations, Psychology, Business Administration or a related field. 1–3 years of HR experience: is preferred. Strong communication, interpersonal and organisational skills. Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel. Ability to manage multiple locations and follow up effectively. Salary N190,000 - N220,000 / month.
