This is a high-ownership role. You need to be comfortable bringing structure to a fast-moving environment and translating messy commercial or operational problems into clear product decisions. Key Responsibilities: Own and maintain a prioritised product roadmap across the enterprise platform, consumer app, merchant integrations, and internal tooling Write clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria that help Engineering move quickly and confidently Improve core voucher journeys across issuance, redemption, wallet funding, reporting, settlement visibility and reconciliation. Manage delivery dependencies across Engineering, CS, BD, and Finance on a weekly basis Lead the consumer app roadmap, including loyalty, rewards, and wallet features Own merchant redemption and acceptance projects from commercial alignment through scoping, testing, deployment and post-launch monitoring Use product analytics to track usage, redemption behaviour, funnel performance and product impact across voucher volume, retention and operational efficiency Collaborate with the MD and Technology Lead on product strategy, roadmap trade-offs, and build vs. buy decisions. Core Requirements: 2 to 5 years in a product management role, with at least 2 years in fintech, payments, or e-commerce Experience: shipping consumer-facing mobile products Exposure to B2B platform work: enterprise portals, API-driven integrations, or business-facing tooling Experience: working directly with Engineering to scope, prioritise and deliver integrations Comfortable being the primary product function without a supporting PM structure around you Strong communication skills across technical and commercial stakeholders Nice to Have: Experience: with loyalty, rewards, wallet-based, or gamification product mechanics Familiarity with the Nigerian or broader African market and consumer behaviour Exposure to payment infrastructure, voucher systems, or merchant acceptance networks Prior experience: as the first or sole PM in a growing technology company Ideal Candidate Profile: Comfortable owning a wide product surface without waiting for everything to be defined Able to move quickly from messy problems to clear specs; and from clear specs to shipped outcomes Equally at home in a room with engineers discussing architecture and in a meeting with clients discussing experience: Driven by shipping outcomes, not managing roadmaps Excited about building product infrastructure that creates real value for businesses and consumers across Africa.
