Key Responsibilities: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and prospects. Prepare regular reports on marketing activities, leads generated, conversions, and market feedback. Represent the company professionally during field marketing activities and customer engagements. Support promotional campaigns, activations, and other marketing initiatives. Promote the company’s products and services to prospective customers. Monitor competitors and provide insights on market activities and pricing. Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and business opportunities. Generate leads through direct marketing, field activities, networking, referrals, and other channels. Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to improve customer acquisition and retention. Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones. Achieve assigned marketing, lead-generation, and sales targets. Requirements: Ability to work independently and meet targets. Must be willing to work in the field and engage directly with customers. Strong customer service and relationship-management skills. 1–3 years of experience: in marketing, sales, business development, telecommunications, insurance, FMCG, or a related field. Bachelor’s Degree / HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or a related field. Good knowledge of the assigned location and surrounding areas.
