Manage existing agent relationships and provide ongoing support. Monitor transaction volumes and ensure uptime of POS terminals. Resolve agent complaints and escalate technical issues. Ensure compliance with CBN agency banking guidelines. Drive growth in transaction volumes and deposits through agent channels.
