The role ensures that company-owned programs move from concept to execution on schedule and meet quality standards. Responsibilities: Program Ownership: Own the end-to-end management of our internal programs and content initiatives. Develop annual and quarterly program calendars. Ensure programs are launched and executed according to schedule. Maintain visibility across all active and upcoming programs. Program Development: Identify new opportunities for original content and programming. Develop program concepts in collaboration with leadership and the Creative Lead. Conduct research to strengthen program viability and audience relevance. Build and maintain a pipeline of future content initiatives. Guest & Stakeholder Engagement: Identify, research, and engage potential guests, speakers, contributors, and collaborators. Coordinate outreach, scheduling, and communication with guests. Manage relationships with partners involved in program delivery. Ensure all guests receive a professional and seamless experience. Production Coordination: Work with Production and Creative teams to ensure readiness for recordings, shoots, and releases. Track pre-production, production, and post-production milestones.
