We are recruiting to fill the position below: Job Title: Senior, Supervision (Operations / Maintenance/ Contract Engineering) Services Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers Job type: Full-time Job Category: operations Start Date 1st September 2026 Role/Job (Asset Management Integration Support/ Planning, Contract Administration, Asset Management Integration Support) Roles and Responsibilities: The personnel will be responsible for the following: Asset Management Integration Support/ Planning: Coordinate and drive the weekly West Business Connect meeting for the Asset, where Leaders take commitment for prompt commitment closeout. To enable the end-to-end process of material purchasing using Companies Material Management “ways of working” and manage the Requisition-to-Pay (RtP) Process. Liaise with the Team Business support unit to develop the annual business and budget plans. Accountable for all the data required for performance evaluation and business planning. Follow-up Procurement for ordered spares and materials until delivery. Coordinate and drive the daily Huddle production meeting for the Asset, where Leaders take commitment for daily productions to drive targets. Attend Integrated Activity Plan (IAP), MRP Meetings with Team Lead. Carryout annual budget proposal/planning and monthly budget performance review and report status. Make input during alignments. Work in collaboration with Field Discipline Maintenance Team in managing the work preparation to ensure the planning for Preventive Maintenances (PMs), Corrective Maintenances (CMs), and Turnaround activities are fully organized prior to execution, meeting Integrated Activity Plan (IAP) short and medium-term planning KPIs. Responsible for preparing and submitting periodical performance reports for the department. Identify and maintain maintenance budgets, supply estimated budgets to various plant customers. Liaise with Integrated Activity Plan (IAP) Planner and adopt restrictions for execution in the schedule and Call Preventive Maintenance (PM) work-orders on a fixed interval (e.g., once/quarter) for a fixed look-ahead (e.g., one year) Coordinate data requests with respect to pre- and post-return on planning and performance reporting, data sample for analytics, and other ad-hoc requirements. Raise and achieve budgetary approval for procurement of materials and services. Coordinate the Asset Integrity Process Safety Management drive to ensure the Asset is safe to operate and report bad actors and run a daily huddle for daily oil/gas production target ensure company targets are met. Contract Administration: Drafting of Contract submissions based on scope requirements. Maintain minor and major contracts database. Providing administrative and scheduling support for contract KPI management, contractor (HSE) performance management and mandatory contract and Contactor document management including but not limited to insurance, contract closeout etc (where applicable). Identifies contract management issues and proposes solutions for approval. End to end contract replacement process. Participate in Vendor IDD checks. Initiate actions to seek Tender Board’s approval for the proceedings. Advise and assist contract Holders/Owners on contract conflicts, commercial matters, and claims, on arbitration proceedings and final dispute resolution procedures with clients. Participate in tender prequalification of vendors. Maintain contract material inventory plan. Monitoring and managing timely contract renewals. Provides negotiation support as required. Participate in contract rationalization and optimization process. Carry out contract readiness reviews. Participate in HSE Risk assessments and plans development, Vendor HSE capability Assessments and Contract performance reviews. Asset Management Integration Support: Function as executive technical assistant to the Asset Manager of RENAISSENCE West Asset. Plann the complex itinerary for the manager and the leadership team. Drive the Asset oil/gas operations cost improvement initiatives execution that drives cost reduction. Coordinate all government regulatory permits and payments for the asset team, engaging with stakeholders to ensure compliance. Plan Events for the Team like Away day and management reviews. Coach Ethics and Compliance in the team and ensure Gift and Hospitalities are registered and drive compliance. Coordinate the Asset Integrity Process Safety Management drive to ensure the Asset is safe to operate and report bad actors. Coordinate and drive the daily Huddle production meeting for the Asset to drive productions targets. Minimum Requirements: Minimum of 3 years in a supervisory role within a team Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, and word) HND / University Degree in Sciences / Engineering / Business Administration Knowledge of Process and Personal safety Prior experience: in an RENAISSENCE location should be an added advantage. 5 – 8 year work experience: on a similar role.
