Develop strategic marketing campaigns to expand the firm's footprint in the Nigerian capital market. Source and qualify leads from referrals, events, and partnerships. Book 8-10 client meetings weekly. Regulatory Compliance & Ethical Selling: Ensure all marketing materials, advisory pitches, and client communications strictly adhere to the Investments and Securities Act (ISA) No. 29 of 2007 and SEC directives. Conduct all capital market promotions and interactions with the highest level of due professional care and diligence, ensuring no misleading claims are made to prospective clients. Collaborate closely with the Compliance Officer to vet new product offerings and marketing strategies before public launch. Client Relationship Management & Record Keeping: Serve as the primary touchpoint for new clients, managing relationships seamlessly from onboarding to portfolio reviews. Industry Collaboration: Align business development goals with the firm's official Capital Market Trade Group to maintain strong industry networks and standard practices. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum of 2years of proven experience: in business development or within the Nigerian financial sector (Asset Management, Investment Banking, or Securities Trading). Regulatory Awareness: Solid understanding of the Nigerian Capital Market regulatory landscape, particularly SEC guidelines governing Corporate Investment Advisers. Professional Development: Willingness to participate in and provide evidence of annual capital market-related courses and training as mandated by the Commission. Integrity: Zero history of financial malpractice; ability to operate under strict corporate governance structures, maintaining high fiduciary standards.
