The role requires someone who is organized, careful with figures, and able to work closely with both the Stores and Production teams. The Inventory & Disbursement Officer is responsible for managing the movement of materials from the store to the production floor and keeping accurate records of all stock issued and returned. Requirements: Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately with quantities and records. Good knowledge of stock control and material management. High level of integrity and accountability. OND, HND or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field. Ability to work effectively with production and stores personnel. Good organizational and communication skills. Experience: using ERP or inventory management software. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Experience: in furniture manufacturing, construction, interior design, or another manufacturing environment is an advantage.
