This role requires managing a complex multi-vendor environment (HPE, Dell, Lenovo, Microsoft, Oracle, VMware) and delivering high-availability support through both on-site operations and escalation coordination with remote and base office support. Key Skills & Competencies Multi-vendor server hardware maintenance (HPE, Dell, Lenovo), VMware ESXi cluster management, BladeSystem configurations, and enterprise SAN/NAS provisioning. Expertise in Windows Server (2016+), Active Directory, Red Hat Enterprise Linux, Oracle Linux, and UNIX platforms. Proficiency in Microsoft Azure administration, M365 suite, hybrid AD identity synchronization, and cloud networking (VPN/ExpressRoute). Operational knowledge of Oracle Database (11g+) and MS SQL Server (2016+), including tablespace management, schema structures, and basic tuning. Experience: with HP Data Protector, enterprise media management, ISO 27001 frameworks, vulnerability mitigation, and OS hardening.
