Manage daily revenue reconciliation across hotel and restaurant operations. Monitor cash flow, bank reconciliations, and petty cash. Process accounts payable and receivable. Prepare monthly management accounts and financial statements. Monitor budgets and control operational costs. Ensure accurate inventory costing and stock reconciliations. Oversee payroll preparation and statutory deductions. Prepare and file tax returns while ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements. Support internal and external audits. Monitor financial controls and recommend process improvements. Work closely with departmental managers to ensure financial efficiency across operations.
