We are recruiting to fill the position below: Job Position: Property / Facility Manager Job Location: Abuja (FCT) Employment Type: Full-time Responsibilities: Oversee the day-to-day management, maintenance, and smooth operation of properties and facilities. Coordinate routine and preventive maintenance, repairs, cleaning, security, and other facility services. Ensure properties are properly maintained, presentable, safe, and compliant with relevant requirements. Identify and source prospective clients/tenants and actively support property occupancy and business development. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients. Conduct property inspections and promptly address maintenance or facility-related concerns. Coordinate vendors, contractors, and service providers and monitor their performance. Prepare reports on property operations, maintenance activities, and client feedback. Monitor facility-related expenses and ensure cost-effective service delivery. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree/HND in Estate Management, Facility Management, Business Administration, or a related field. 3-6 years of relevant experience: in property, facility, estate, or operations management. Strong client acquisition, communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills. Ability to identify business opportunities and source new clients. Good knowledge of property maintenance and facility operations. Proactive, organized, and able to work independently. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic reporting tools.
