Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene regulations at all times. Manage opening and closing procedures, including cash handling, reconciliation, and reporting. Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with standard recipes and presentation guidelines. Monitor inventory levels, conduct stock counts, and coordinate timely replenishment of bar supplies. Uphold the brand’s service standards and contribute to an exceptional guest experience. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests in a professional and courteous manner. Ensure proper use and maintenance of bar equipment and tools.
