We are recruiting to fill the position below: Job Title: Business Development Executive Location: Lagos Job Summary The ideal candidate will play a key role in expanding the Bank's customer base, increasing deposits, and promoting our financial products and services. We are looking for a results driven and highly motivated Business Development Executive to drive business growth through strategic marketing, customer acquisition, deposit mobilization, and relationship management. Key Responsibilities: Drive deposit mobilization by attracting and retaining individual and corporate customers. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients through exceptional customer service and financial advisory support. Identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase revenue and market share. Develop and implement strategies to acquire new customers and grow the Bank's client base. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities. Prepare periodic sales and business development reports. Promote the Bank's products and services, including savings, investment, and loan offerings. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction. Requirements: Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship management skills. Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Finance, or a related discipline. Strong analytical, problem solving, and business development abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Sound knowledge of financial products and services, particularly deposits and loan products. 4 – 5 years' proven experience: in business development, marketing, or sales, preferably within the financial services industry. Self-motivated, target-driven, and passionate about achieving business growth. Salary N300,000 - N400,000 monthly.
