The Business Manager – Logistics & Distribution Services is responsible for the strategic leadership, business expansion, operational performance and profitability of the Logistics & Distribution Services Business Unit. Key Responsibilities: Business Growth & Commercial Development: Build strategic partnerships that strengthen business growth and competitiveness. Identify, secure and manage logistics contracts with corporate, commercial and institutional clients. Develop new logistics products and value-added services to diversify revenue streams. Develop and execute strategies to expand the logistics business and increase market share. Operations & Service Delivery: Coordinate integrated logistics support for the Group's cleaning, facility management and related businesses. Oversee fleet operations, dispatch, route planning and last-mile delivery services. Monitor service quality, turnaround time and customer satisfaction. Ensure efficient utilisation of fleet, personnel and operational resources. Financial & Asset Management: Prepare and manage business plans, budgets and revenue forecasts. Ensure optimal use and protection of company assets. Drive profitability through effective cost control and operational efficiency. Monitor fleet utilization, maintenance, fuel consumption and asset performance.
