We are looking for a motivated and disciplined Software Support Intern to join our team. You don't need to be an expert programmer a basic understanding of coding is a plus, but your willingness to learn and ability to communicate effectively are what matter most. This role is ideal for a fresh graduate who is interested in software, enjoys solving problems, and is eager to learn how software is deployed, maintained, and supported in a real-world environment. You will receive hands-on training and guidance from our team as you learn to deploy our software, troubleshoot issues, assist users, and gradually develop your technical and coding skills. Responsibilities: Document solutions, procedures, and recurring issues. Communicate with users to understand and resolve their technical concerns. Provide first-level technical support to users and help troubleshoot software issues. Receive training on our software, deployment processes, and support procedures. Continuously develop your technical knowledge and understanding of our software. Assist with software installation, configuration, deployment, and updates. Learn basic coding and scripting to assist with troubleshooting and software improvements. Work with the development and technical teams to resolve software-related issues. Investigate problems, identify possible causes, and escalate issues when necessary. Requirements: Disciplined, responsible, and able to follow procedures. No extensive professional experience: is required attitude, discipline, and willingness to learn are key. Basic knowledge of programming, scripting, databases, or software development is a plus.
