Set daily, weekly, and monthly sales objectives for the team. Generate and convert leads through prospecting, referrals, digital marketing, networking, and other approved channels. Personally participate in property sales activities and lead by example. Coach and mentor Real Estate Advisors to improve their sales performance. Monitor team activities, sales pipelines, follow-ups, inspections, and conversions. Conduct regular team briefings and sales reviews. Support team members with prospecting, presentations, negotiations, and closing of property transactions. Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with prospective clients. Organise and participate in property inspections, client meetings, corporate presentations, and marketing activities. Maintain accurate records of prospects, clients, sales activities, and transactions. Prepare regular performance reports and provide updates to the Agency Sales Manager.
