Key Responsibilities: Capture high-quality apartment, lifestyle, guest experience, and wellness content. Manage the company's Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other approved social media platforms. Develop monthly and weekly social media content calendars. Create engaging reels, videos, photographs, graphics, captions, and stories. Promote apartments, wellness experiences, events, and special offers. Collaborate with influencers, photographers, and content creators. Respond professionally to comments, messages, and audience enquiries. Ensure all content reflects the company's premium urban wellness brand. Forward booking enquiries to the Booking Officer. Maintain an organised content library. Track social media performance and prepare regular reports. Requirements: Minimum of 2 years' experience: managing social media for a brand or business. Proficiency in Canva and relevant editing applications. Strong skills in content creation, copywriting, graphic design, photography, videography, and video editing. Creative, organised, detail-oriented, and up-to-date with current social media trends. Degree, HND qualification, or a strong professional portfolio in Marketing, Media, Communications, or a related field.
