Min Qualification: Degree Experience: Level: Senior level Experience: Length: 5 years Language Requirement: English Working Hours: Full Time - 8 to 5 Applicant Location: Lagos, Nigeria Job descriptions & requirements: Responsibilities: Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities across oil & gas, energy, construction and manufacturing. Building and maintaining relationships with procurement teams, decision-makers and other strategic stakeholders. Conducting client meetings, presentations and commercial negotiations. Conducting market and competitor analysis to identify new revenue opportunities. Developing pricing strategies, commercial proposals and bids. Driving monthly and quarterly revenue targets through new business, upselling and cross-selling. Managing and forecasting the sales pipeline using Zoho CRM. Leading the preparation and coordination of RFQs, EOIs and tenders. Building strategic partnerships with OEMs, training institutions and relevant industry stakeholders. Working closely with operations, HSE and technical teams to ensure client requirements: are properly understood and delivered. Supervising and supporting the Business Development Executive. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering or a related discipline. Solid Business Development experience: within oil & gas, industrial safety or technical services. Proven evidence of meeting or exceeding sales and revenue targets. Strong understanding of HSE compliance, oilfield services and related industrial operations. Strong experience: with commercial proposals, RFQs, tenders and contract negotiations. Excellent numerical and analytical capability, including pricing, margin analysis and commercial modelling. Strong negotiation, pitching and stakeholder-management capability. The confidence to engage with senior executives, procurement teams and key decision-makers. Strong commercial judgement and strategic thinking. Zoho CRM Is a Must This is not simply “CRM familiarity.” You must have practical, hands-on experience: using Zoho CRM to manage lead pipelines, document client interactions, monitor deal progression, track sales performance and support revenue forecasting.
