Key Responsibilities: Identify prospective clients, corporate organisations, investors, agents, and strategic partners. Generate qualified leads through networking, referrals, site visits, digital platforms, and direct outreach. Present Giantfield Properties’ products and services to prospective clients. Arrange and conduct property inspections, client meetings, and presentations. Follow up on enquiries and guide prospects through the sales process. Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients and partners. Negotiate commercial terms within approved company guidelines. Meet agreed monthly and quarterly revenue, sales, and lead-generation targets. Maintain accurate client, lead, and transaction records in the company’s CRM or reporting system. Monitor market trends, competitor activity, property values, and customer needs. Prepare weekly activity reports and business-development updates. Work closely with marketing, sales, legal, and operations teams to close transactions smoothly. Represent the company at exhibitions, networking events, and other business functions when required. Requirements: and Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or HND in Business Administration, Marketing, Estate Management, Economics, Mass Communication, or a related field. Minimum of 2–3 years’ experience: in business development, sales, marketing, or real estate. Real estate industry experience: is an added advantage. Proven ability to generate leads, build client relationships, and close deals. Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Good knowledge of the local property market and real estate sales process. Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and consistently meet targets. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools; experience: with CRM software is an advantage. Professional appearance, integrity, confidence, and a customer-focused attitude. Willingness to travel for client meetings, inspections, and business events. Key Performance Indicators Number and quality of leads generated. Client meetings and property inspections conducted. Conversion rate from enquiry to closed transaction. Sales revenue achieved. New partnerships and corporate accounts secured. Accuracy and timeliness of reports and CRM updates.
