We are seeking a knowledgeable and passionate Agronomist to join our team. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and train farm workers on agronomic best practices, farm safety, and biosecurity. Manage irrigation schedules and ensure water efficiency. Conduct trials of new crop varieties and farming techniques. Provide technical expertise in nutrient and pest management for vegetables and fruits. Keep accurate farm records and report production data to management. Monitor soil, water, and crop health, recommending timely interventions. Develop and implement crop management plans from planting to harvest. Requirements: Excellent problem-solving, communication, and record-keeping skills. Ability to supervise workers and train junior staff.
