We are recruiting to fill the position below: Job Title: QA / QC Personnel – Telecom Site Build Location: Lagos Employment Type: Contract Contract : 1-Year Contract, Subject to Renewal Job Summary M-P Infrastructure Limited (MPI) is seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented QA / QC Personnel – Telecom Site Build to join our team. Key Responsibilities: Ensure sites meet installation-readiness and quality sign-off requirements. Prepare daily/weekly QA/QC reports and submit to the Project Manager. Conduct quality inspections and support testing and documentation. Identify quality risks early and recommend preventive actions. Enforce HSE and quality procedures on site. Support snag/punch list activities and as-built documentation for project handover. Raise Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and track corrective actions through closure. Ensure all works comply with approved drawings, BOQ, method statements, and client QA/QC standards. Requirements: Must be field-ready, physically fit for site work, and possess strong reporting skills. Possess an HND / B.Eng / B.Sc in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field and a minimum of 7 years' QA / QC experience: in civil / infrastructure or telecom site build projects. COREN registration required. HSE Level 1 – 3 certification. Knowledge of ISO 9001 is an advantage. Strong ability to read drawings, BOQs, and specifications. Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word.
