Read more about this company Card & Pin Dispatch Officer Job Type Contract Qualification OND Experience: 1 - 2 years Location Lagos City Ilupeju Job Field Finance / Accounting / Audit Job Objectives Forwarding of all bank jobs to the issuing team Send daily report on card requests to banks Dispatch cards to the authorized card collectors from the bank Prepare monthly billing report for card request by banks to the account unit Delivery of cards to the authorized card collectors from the bank. Duties & Responsibilities: Forwarding of all bank jobs to the issuing team to generate Capturing of daily card and PIN requests from banks into a tracker Sending of daily report on card requests to banks Recording of all jobs in their different cards collection register Ensuring all registers are signed by the card factory Ensuring the Card movement folder from the card factory is signed Sending of weekly reports to all banks on Mondays Preparing monthly billing reports for cards request by banks to the account unit Dispatching of cards to the authorized card collectors from the bank Delivery of cards to the authorized card collectors from the bank Filling and signing of all bank request forms according to the card. Other duties as assigned. Job Requirements: Minimum of an OND in any discipline. 1 - 2 years of cognate experience: in a reputable organization. Proficient in relevant computer applications Knowledge of customer service practices and principles Excellent data entry and typing skills Superior listening, verbal, and written communication skills Ability to handle stressful situations appropriately Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types Ability to multi-task, set priorities, and manage time effectively.
