The person will develop and implement effective communication strategies to engage our employees, foster a positive work culture, and manage our social media presence. Job Responsibilities Create effective communication strategies for the organization, coordinate external and internal communications flow (newsletters, social media etc). Design communication for company-wide announcement and build relationships with key stakeholders. Develop and implement internal communication plans and campaigns. Create engaging content for various internal channels (email, intranet, newsletters). Manage and moderate our company's website and social media handles. Develop and implement social media strategies to increase engagement and followers. Create and curate relevant, informative, and engaging content to drive engagement within the organization. Monitor and report on social media analytics and engagement metrics. Collaborate with teams to integrate social media into their initiatives. Ensure consistent brand voice and messaging across all internal and social media channels. Collaborate with Regional Training Managers to drive recruitment exercises through available applications. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in internal communications and social media. Job Requirements and Skills Bachelor’s Degree in communications, Public Relations, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in internal communications, social media management, or a related field. Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills. Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences. Experience with social media management tools (Hootsuite, Sprout Social, etc.) Ability to create engaging content and campaigns that drive employee engagement and brand awareness. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and project management skills. Technical Skills in the area of graphic, usage of Canva and relevant tools and application.
