Store Officers in a Retail Pharmacy - Fabulous Foods and Spices (FFS) ⏲ Aug 19, 2026, 11:09 AM ⋕ View all Pharmaceutical jobs Fabulous Foods and Spices (FFS) - Our client, a Retail Pharmacy, is recruiting to fill the position of below: Job Title: Store Officer Location: Ikeja, Lagos Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary The successful candidate must be physically fit, organized, trustworthy, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. The Store Officer will be responsible for the effective management of the store, including receiving, storing, issuing, and monitoring company stock. Key Responsibilities: Assist with loading, offloading, movement, and arrangement of stock when required. Keep the store clean, organized, and properly secured at all times. Support periodic stock-taking and internal/external audits. Ensure all products are properly labelled and stored in their designated locations. Perform other duties assigned by management. Receive and inspect goods delivered to the store and ensure they correspond with approved documentation. Report discrepancies, damaged goods, missing items, or suspected stock losses to management. Ensure proper documentation of all stock movements. Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile physical stock with system records. Ensure proper stock rotation to minimize expired, damaged, or obsolete items. Issue stock to authorized departments or branches based on approved requests. Properly arrange and store products according to company procedures. Maintain accurate records of all stock received, issued, transferred, and returned. Adhere strictly to company policies, safety procedures, and inventory control processes. Monitor stock levels and promptly report low-stock items. Maintain confidentiality of company and inventory information. Requirements: Basic computer knowledge. Previous experience: in storekeeping, inventory management, warehousing, or a similar role is preferred. Minimum of SSCE; OND / NCE or relevant qualification is an added advantage. Must be male. Strong attention to detail. Good numerical and record-keeping skills. Must be physically fit and capable of handling and moving stock.
