The role oversees enterprise security, investigations, crisis management, resilience planning, and business continuity across the Group's operations. We are seeking an experienced and strategic Group Chief Security & Resilience Officer (GCSRO) to provide enterprise-wide leadership for the Group's security, resilience, and business continuity functions. Key Responsibilities: Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including regulators, law enforcement agencies, and business leaders. Provide leadership for enterprise security, investigations, crisis management, business continuity, and resilience planning. Build and develop a high-performing security team through effective leadership, coaching, and succession planning. Drive continuous improvement initiatives that strengthen organizational resilience, operational efficiency, and security capability. Establish and maintain effective governance, risk management, and compliance frameworks across the function. Lead functional planning, budgeting, performance management, and reporting to ensure operational excellence. Develop and implement the Group's security and resilience strategy in alignment with business objectives. Bachelor's degree in Security Management, Criminology, Business Administration, Risk Management, or a related discipline.
