Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and management accounts. Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management. Monitor financial performance and provide recommendations for cost optimization and profitability. Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, tax laws, and financial reporting standards. Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger functions. Coordinate external audits and liaise with auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory agencies. Maintain effective internal controls and financial policies. Conduct financial analysis and present reports to senior management to aid strategic decision-making. Supervise and mentor members of the finance team. Ensure timely filing of tax returns, statutory remittances, and other regulatory obligations.
