The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, strong organisational abilities, and a professional approach to engaging with parents, staff, and external stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Manage and strengthen parent engagement by addressing enquiries, resolving concerns, and maintaining positive relationships. Coordinate enrollment activities, including admissions processes, documentation, and student onboarding. Support the implementation of operational strategies that enhance the school's efficiency and overall performance. Monitor quality control standards to ensure compliance with the school's policies and operational procedures. Drive school fees collection by following up on outstanding payments and maintaining accurate financial records. Liaise with the Ministry of Education: and other regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with statutory requirements. Maintain accurate administrative records and prepare operational reports when required. Support the school's day-to-day administrative operations and perform other duties assigned by management. Requirements: Minimum of 2 years of experience: in a similar administrative or school operations role. Bachelor's Degree (B.Sc.) or Higher National Diploma (HND) in a relevant field. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills. Professional appearance with a smart sense of dress. Well-behaved, courteous, and able to interact professionally with parents, staff, and stakeholders. Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and other relevant digital tools. Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and work with minimal supervision. Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills. Preferred Competencies: High level of integrity and professionalism. Ability to maintain confidentiality. Strong customer service orientation.
