Fund Reconciliation: Perform daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliation of all funds collected by deposit mobilizers against field reports and system logs. Discrepancy Resolution: Promptly investigate, flag, and resolve any variances between mobilizer collections, field reports, and physical cash or bank deposits. Financial Documentation: Ensure meticulous updating and proper documentation of all collected monies, keeping ledger accounts precise and audit-ready.
