Key Responsibilities| HR Functions: Maintain employee records, contracts, and HR documentation Address employee relations issues and foster a positive work culture. Support performance management and staff development initiatives Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding for store and back-office staff Handle payroll coordination, attendance, and leave management Operations Functions: Monitor operational costs and support budget adherence Oversee daily store/warehouse operations to ensure smooth workflow Manage inventory tracking, stock reconciliation, and supply coordination Support process improvement across production, sales, and distribution Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and logistics partners Assist in implementing SOPs to improve efficiency across departments.
