Key Responsibilities: Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, tax requirements, and company financial policies. Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports. Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records. Support cost accounting and production-related financial analysis. Identify financial discrepancies and ensure timely resolution. Assist with budgeting, cash-flow management, and financial analysis. Perform bank, supplier, customer, and general ledger reconciliations. Monitor inventory records and conduct stock reconciliations. Monitor accounts payable and receivable. Prepare relevant schedules and reports for Management and external auditors. Key Requirements: Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Experience: with inventory, cost accounting, stock reconciliation, and manufacturing-related accounting processes will be an added advantage. Minimum of 5 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably within a manufacturing or pharmaceutical manufacturing environment. High level of integrity, accuracy, confidentiality, and attention to detail. Strong analytical, numerical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including the use of formulas, PivotTables, VLOOKUP / XLOOKUP, data analysis, and other relevant Excel tools. Applicants residing around Abule-Egba, Iyana-Ipaja, Meiran, Agbado, Ota, Sango, and surrounding areas are preferred. Must be a Chartered Accountant (ICAN). Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, reconciliations, and general ledger management. Salary N300,000 - N400,000 / month.
