The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, screening, and recruiting qualified candidates to support the company's growth. The ideal candidate must be confident in finding people through different channels, communicating effectively with potential candidates, conducting interviews, and ensuring that new employees are properly onboarded. Experience: in recruitment, sales recruitment, microfinance, lending, fintech, or other financial services will be an advantage. Key Responsibilities: Source and attract qualified candidates for various positions within the company. Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates. Advertise job openings on social media, job boards, recruitment platforms, and other relevant channels. Proactively search for candidates using LinkedIn, Facebook, WhatsApp, referrals, networking, and other sourcing methods. Screen CVs and applications to identify suitable candidates.
