We are recruiting to fill the position below: Job Title: Restaurant Sales Attendant (Female) Location: Abuja (FCT) Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary The successful candidate will be responsible for attending to customers, taking and processing orders, promoting the restaurant's products, handling payments, and ensuring customers receive excellent service. Sweet Pot Restaurant is looking for a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Sales Attendant (female)to join our team. Key Responsibilities: Maintain a clean, neat, and welcoming sales/service area. Monitor available products and notify the supervisor when items are running low. Ensure customers receive their orders correctly and promptly. Explain menu items, prices, and available options to customers. Take customers' food and beverage orders accurately. Follow all restaurant hygiene, safety, and customer-service standards. Support other restaurant operations as assigned by the supervisor or manager. Handle customer questions, complaints, and requests professionally. Welcome and attend to customers in a polite and professional manner. Promote meals, specials, and other products offered by the restaurant. Record daily sales and maintain accurate transaction records. Assist with packaging takeaway orders and ensuring they are properly prepared. Process customer payments and issue receipts where applicable. Requirements: Previous experience: in sales, customer service, hospitality, or a restaurant is an advantage. Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused personality. Ability to work under pressure in a busy restaurant environment. Must be punctual, reliable, honest, and well-presented. Ability to work effectively as part of a team. Basic numeracy and ability to handle cash accurately. Minimum of an SSCE/WAEC or equivalent qualification. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
