The ideal candidate will assist in the preparation and cooking of high-quality meals, ensuring that all dishes meet the hotel’s standards for taste, presentation, and hygiene. Key Responsibilities: Ensure proper portioning and plating of meals for consistent presentation. Minimize food wastage and assist with inventory control. Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to the hotel’s menu and recipes. Work collaboratively with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth kitchen operations. Follow food safety and hygiene standards in handling, storing, and preparing food. Assist with catering for events, and room service as required. Monitor stock levels of ingredients and notify the Supervisor when supplies need replenishing. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area at all times. Planning daily menus and specials. Perform any other kitchen-related duties assigned by the Chef or Kitchen Supervisor. Qualifications Candidate should possess an SSCE / OND / HND with 2-5 years experience.
