We are recruiting to fill the position below: Job Title: Kitchen Assistant Location: Jakande, Isolo - Lagos Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary We are looking for a competent and reliable Kitchen Assistant with basic cooking knowledge to support the Chef in preparing and serving quality meals. Key Responsibilities: Prepare simple meals and handle basic cooking tasks when assigned. Ensure ingredients and leftovers are properly handled and stored. Keep cooking utensils, equipment, and work areas clean and hygienic. Assist the Chef with cooking and daily meal preparation. Wash, cut, season, and prepare ingredients for cooking. Support the smooth running of daily kitchen operations. Assist with food portioning and timely meal service. Requirements: Previous experience: as a Kitchen Assistant, Cook or in a similar role. Ability to follow recipes and the Chef’s instructions. Basic cooking and food-preparation skills. Must be hardworking, organized, reliable, and able to work well in a team. Good knowledge of kitchen hygiene and food safety. Salary N80,000 - N100,000 Monthly.
