We are recruiting to fill the position below: Job Title: Sales Manager - QSR Location: Lagos Role Summary The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth across Genesis QSR by developing and executing sales strategies, acquiring new customers, growing existing accounts, and maximizing opportunities across corporate sales, group bookings, events, catering, and other B2B and B2C channels. The role requires a commercially driven individual who can actively generate business, build strategic relationships, identify new revenue opportunities, and work closely with Operations and Marketing to deliver exceptional customer experiences and achieve sales targets. Key Responsibilities: Monitor sales performance and prepare weekly/monthly sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates for management. Drive corporate account acquisition and repeat business through tailored offers and relationship management. Continuously identify new channels, partnerships, and initiatives that can increase revenue and strengthen Genesis QSR's market presence. Collaborate with Marketing to develop and execute promotions, campaigns, partnerships, and initiatives that drive footfall and revenue. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, customer information, opportunities, and conversions using approved CRM/database tools. Represent Genesis QSR at corporate networking events, food and hospitality exhibitions, trade fairs, and industry events. Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate organisations, event planners, schools, travel companies, hotels, institutions, and other strategic partners. Track market trends, competitor activities, pricing, customer preferences, and emerging opportunities to inform sales strategies. Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling across Genesis QSR products and services. Identify and convert B2B and B2C sales opportunities, including corporate accounts, group bookings, events, catering, parties, and other revenue-generating opportunities. Develop and manage a pipeline of prospective and existing clients, ensuring consistent follow-up and conversion. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue, customer acquisition, and business growth targets. Prospect for new clients through direct outreach, referrals, networking, partnerships, and market visits. Work closely with Operations to ensure the seamless delivery of events, group reservations, corporate bookings, and VIP experiences. Train, coach, and motivate relevant team members on sales techniques, upselling, customer engagement, and conversion. Qualifications & Experience: Strong experience: in B2B sales, client acquisition, relationship management, and business development. Bachelor's Degree / HND in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Hospitality Management, or a related field. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Minimum of 5years' experience: in sales, business development, account management, or a related commercial role, preferably within QSR, hospitality, restaurants, FMCG, retail, or a service-driven environment. Ability to work independently, manage multiple opportunities, and thrive in a target-driven environment. Strong commercial acumen with the ability to identify and convert revenue opportunities.
