Responsibilities: Executive, Strategic and Operational Support: Draft, review, and send correspondence (emails, memos, letters) on behalf of the Executive Coordinate high-stakes meetings, clinical reviews, stakeholder engagements, and board-level interactions Coordinate procurement, vendor relationships, and service contracts for the clinic Prepare board reports, executive briefs, and presentations with accuracy and professionalism Monitor clinic workflow and surface operational bottlenecks with proposed solutions Conduct in-depth research on healthcare trends, competitor landscape, and investment opportunities Assist in developing proposals, decks, and business cases for new ventures and clinical service expansions Proactively track deadlines, deliverables, and commitments; ensure the Executive is always briefed and prepared Own and protect the Executive's time, manage a complex, multi-priority calendar with zero room for scheduling conflicts Support the execution of growth initiatives - research, partnerships, funding opportunities, and market positioning Act as a liaison between the Executive and clinical/administrative teams to ensure seamless day-to-day operations Contribute to the Executive's strategic thinking by synthesising information and presenting actionable insights.
