Provide guide and support on all Major Tenders and Service Contracts. Build and manage strategic relationships with OEMs, manufacturers, distributors, freight forwarders, and logistics partners. Lead, mentor, and develop the supply chain team. Ensure timely appraisal of the performance of and giving feedback to team members. Ensure continuity of supply by maintaining effective relationships with existing sources (both local & International). Oversee the timely clearing of goods at the Nigerian Ports. Ensure compliance with company policies, NCDMB requirements, procurement regulations, and corporate governance standards. Build and maintain an effective database for tracking OEMs, Pipes and OCTG mills, OEM accredited distributors, stockists and Equipment suppliers. Achieve and exceed agreed RFQs conversion to P.Os. Maintain good relationships with internal and external customers. Establish and manage a data base of approved efficient Customs clearing agents. Ensure continuous Supply Chain Improvement. Oversee the implementation of the Supply Chain Process to meet company’s objectives. Maintain high degree of confidentiality and safety of documents. Develop and execute the company’s supply chain strategy aligned with business objectives. Ensure the development of team members. Work within established Supply Chain Procedures for requisition, processing, validation, delivery and invoicing. Develop and manage relationship with suppliers, locally and internationally. Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
