We are recruiting to fill the position below: Job Title: IT Officer Job Location: Jakande/Chevron, Lagos Employment Type: Full-time Key Responsibilities: Technical Support: Provide technical support to end-users for hardware, software, and network issues. Respond to and resolve IT service requests and incidents in a timely manner. Assist with the setup, configuration, and maintenance of computers, servers, and network devices. Network Management: Monitor and maintain network infrastructure, including switches, routers, firewalls, and wireless access points. Ensure network security and performance through regular monitoring and updates. System Administration: Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls. Perform routine maintenance and updates on servers, workstations, and other IT equipment. Ensure regular data backups and perform disaster recovery operations when necessary. Software Management: Install, configure, and update software applications. Maintain software licensing and compliance. Assist in the evaluation and deployment of new software solutions. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of IT infrastructure, configurations, and procedures. Prepare and present regular reports on IT performance and incidents. Document and report on IT issues and resolutions. Requirements: and Qualification Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree in releveant field. Minimum of 3 years relevant technical experience. Must know how to install, configure, maintain and troubleshoot equipment, systems and programs used by the School Ability to respond rapidly to operating and security problems. Must be able to prioritize activities and delegate tasks. Must be able to read, interpret and apply complex technical information. Ability to develop and maintain positive working relationships with and instruct/tutor students and staff, plan and conduct group demonstrations, workshops, and training.
