We are recruiting to fill the position below: Job Title: Supervisor / Team Lead Location: Ijebu Ode, Ogun Employment Type: Full-time Role Summary Drive SCALE mPower operations within an assigned Local Government Area (LGA), overseeing transport park onboarding, TSR recruitment/management, loan disbursement/collections, relationship management, and regional performance. Key Responsibilities: Park & Regional Operations: Ensure accurate documentation for all parks and loan applicants. Build and maintain relationships with Park Chairmen, Cluster leaders, Collections and Recovery Officers, and key community stakeholders. Onboard and manage transport parks within the assigned region according to mPower operational standards. TSR Recruitment & Management: Monitor daily TSR activities, provide coaching, track performance, and take disciplinary actions when necessary. Recruit, onboard, and manage Territory Sales Representatives (TSRs) within the region. Conduct training, app onboarding, and ensure TSRs submit required documentation. Loan Disbursement & Collections: Track repayment behavior and escalate defaults or issues promptly. Coordinate loan disbursement processes and support efficient collections across parks in the local government area. Work with Finance, Compliance, and Collections teams for smooth regional loan operations. Field Monitoring & Compliance: Conduct field visits to verify park activities, TSR performance, and adherence to loan procedures. Identify operational risks, fraudulent behavior, or documentation gaps and escalate immediately. Reporting & Performance Management: Prepare and submit weekly regional performance reports (TSR output, loan disbursements, collections, park status). Monitor KPIs including TSR productivity, loan conversion rates, repayment rates, and park coverage. Stakeholder Engagement & Issue Resolution: Resolve escalations regarding TSRs, loan applicants, or parks with timely feedback to management. Support customer relations for loan applicants within the region. Represent the company professionally within the region. Requirements: Experience: 3–5 years' experience: in a similar field-based or regional operations role. Minimum of 2 years’ experience: in field operations, agent management, or grassroots project execution. Proven ability to recruit and lead TSRs or field agents. Core Skills: Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned region. Excellent sales, persuasion, and stakeholder engagement skills. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Strong people management skills with the ability to supervise diverse individuals. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Preferred Skills: Conflict resolution and crisis management skills. Experience: working with digital lending, microfinance, or agent networks. Proficiency in using mobile apps, dashboards, and reporting tools. Knowledge of field verification processes or community network structures. Salary N200,000 per month.
