We are recruiting to fill the position below: Job Title: Production Operations Officer Location: Lagos Job type: Contract Job Summary The position works closely with Operations, Maintenance, Procurement, Contractors, and other stakeholders to deliver integrated maintenance plans and schedules. We are currently seeking Production Operations Officers to support maintenance planning, scheduling, resource coordination, work pack preparation, materials readiness, and execution support across production operations. Requirements: You’re a strong candidate if you have: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and enterprise systems such as ERP, CMMS, or asset management platforms. Experience: with Power BI or similar reporting tools will be an advantage Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. 3–5 years of experience: in maintenance planning, scheduling, production operations, maintenance execution support, or asset integrity environments. Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Operations/Maintenance Management, or a related field; with a minimum of Second-Class Lower (2.2) GPA. Relevant professional certifications (e.g., P6, APICS/ASCM, NEBOSH, Six Sigma) will be an advantage. Experience: working in oil & gas, energy, or large industrial environments is preferred. You’ll help our oil and gas clients succeed by: Supporting field execution teams through schedule updates, work scope adjustments, and execution feedback activities. Managing materials, spares, and equipment readiness to support scheduled maintenance activities Supporting risk-based maintenance planning and providing execution support to optimise schedule performance and continuous improvement. Supporting integration of operational risks, asset priorities, and schedule constraints into planning and execution activities Coordinating maintenance resources, contractors, and specialist support to ensure effective work execution Participating in planning reviews, Integrated Activity Planning (IAP) sessions, and backlog management meetings Preparing execution-ready work packs, including task lists, job steps, resource requirements, and execution sequences.
