The ideal candidate must be a proactive "hunter" with a deep understanding of the security industry and a proven ability to close high-value deals. Key Responsibilities: Identify and pursue new business leads across commercial, industrial, and residential sectors. Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to achieve revenue targets. Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients while onboarding new ones. Prepare and deliver professional proposals and presentations to prospective clients. Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities. Collaborate with the operations team to ensure tailored security solutions meet client requirements. Represent the company at networking events, seminars, and trade exhibitions. Requirements: BSc/HND in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Proven experience in business development, sales, or marketing (experience in the security industry is highly preferred). Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to think strategically and develop creative business solutions. Results-driven mindset with the ability to work independently and meet targets.
