Key Responsibilities: Build scalable people, governance, procurement, and administrative frameworks from the ground up. Lead procurement strategy, vendor performance, and contract management to optimize cost and value. Oversee legal compliance, risk management, regulatory obligations, and corporate governance. Develop and execute the Corporate Services strategy aligned with business objectives. Drive organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, and talent development. Champion digital transformation and process improvement across corporate functions. Partner with business leaders to improve productivity, culture, and organizational capability. Establish policies, SOPs, and governance structures that promote operational excellence. Manage departmental budgets, performance metrics, and continuous improvement initiatives. What You'll Lead: You will provide strategic leadership across: Human Resources & People Strategy Legal & Corporate Governance Procurement & Vendor Management Information Technology Who We're Looking For Master's degree (MBA, MHRM, MSc, or equivalent) is an advantage. Professional certifications such as CIPM, SHRM, CIPD, HRCI, CIPS, or related qualifications are highly desirable. 10–15 years of progressive experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role overseeing multiple corporate service functions. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, Management, or a related discipline. Experience: within a creative, experiential, consulting, technology, media, or fast-paced service environment is highly preferred.
