Original source description
We don't care about fancy titles or years on paper—we care about actual ability. We need someone who can dive into an existing codebase, fix bugs without breaking other features, integrate new APIs, and ship clean, stable code. We are looking for a competent, self-sufficient Mobile App Developer to join our team remotely and take ownership of an existing production app. If you need hand-holding, this role is not for you. If you take pride in your craft and can work autonomously while keeping the team looped in, we want to talk. What You'll Be Doing Take full ownership of your code – from development to deployment on the App Store / Google Play. Collaborate with our product/backend team via async communication (Slack/Notion/Git). Architect and integrate new features while ensuring backward compatibility. Identify performance bottlenecks and resolve technical debt. Work with RESTful APIs and third-party SDKs (payment gateways, analytics, push notifications). Maintain, debug, and improve an existing mobile application currently in production. Must-Have Requirements: (Non-Negotiable) Debugging wizardry – you can troubleshoot crashes, memory leaks, and network issues without panic. Remote-ready – you communicate proactively, document your work, and don't wait for permission to solve problems. Strong written communication – you can explain technical decisions clearly in English. Native or Cross-Platform proficiency – strong command of either iOS (Swift/Objective-C), Android (Kotlin/Java), or cross-platform (Flutter/React Native). We evaluate skill, not just the tool. API mastery – you understand authentication, error handling, JSON parsing, and rate-limiting like the back of your hand. Proven mobile dev experience: – you can show us live apps you've built or contributed to significantly. Highly Desirable (Bonus Points): Prior experience: in Fintech, payments, or handling sensitive user data (PCI compliance, encryption, tokenization). Familiarity with modern architecture patterns (MVVM, Clean Architecture, BLoC, etc.). Experience: with CI/CD pipelines (Bitrise, GitHub Actions, or similar). What We Offer Full remote flexibility – work from anywhere with a reliable internet connection. Direct impact – your code goes straight to real users. Long-term potential – this isn't a one-off gig; we're building for the long haul. Open salary discussion – we pay fairly based on your proven value, not your job title. How to Apply Interested and qualified candidates should send their CV / Resume (PDF), summary (3–4 bullet points) of your most relevant experience: and Links to 2–3 mobile apps you've worked on (App Store / Play Store / GitHub repos – we need to see your work) to: hr@quickcollects.com using the job title as the subject of the mail. Note We will prioritize candidates who include actual app examples over those who don't. Junior developers are welcome, but you must demonstrate strong fundamentals. Senior developers are welcome, but you must demonstrate humility and clean code. We look forward to reviewing your work. Application Deadline: 16th September, 2026.
