The role will be responsible for identifying affluent prospects, developing tailored insurance and financial protection solutions, managing key relationships, and leading the HNI sales team to achieve revenue and business growth objectives. Key Responsibilities: HNI Business Development: Drive sales of appropriate life insurance, investment-linked, wealth protection, and other relevant solutions. Develop and execute strategies to acquire and retain High-Net-Worth Individual (HNI) clients. Identify new business opportunities through referrals, networks, partnerships, and targeted prospecting. Relationship Management: Understand client financial protection and wealth objectives and recommend suitable solutions. Build and maintain strong relationships with HNI clients, entrepreneurs, executives, professionals, and other affluent individuals. Manage key accounts and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention. Sales & Portfolio Management: Lead the team in achieving sales targets, premium income, conversion, retention, and portfolio growth. Monitor sales pipelines, client activity, and business performance. Develop strategies to increase wallet share and cross-selling opportunities within the HNI portfolio. Team Leadership: Set individual and team targets and monitor achievement against agreed KPIs. Lead, coach, and mentor HNI sales professionals to improve productivity and business performance.
