This position provides executive oversight of Human Resources, Information Technology, Learning & Development, Administration, Corporate Branding, Enterprise Risk & Insurance, Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), and Board Secretariat functions. Key Responsibilities: Drive continuous improvement, digitization, and cost efficiency across corporate services without compromising quality or compliance. Ensure robust IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, digital transformation, and data governance. Optimize facilities, fleet, vendor management, and office services to support project and corporate needs. Ensure all support functions (HR, IT, Transformation, Admin, L&D, Risk, Branding, CSR, Governance) are aligned with and enable the objectives of the CGTO and the broader business. Enhance the company’s market reputation, employer brand, and internal communications. Drive competency development, leadership pipelines, and a culture of continuous learning. Maintain strong internal controls and audit readiness across HR, IT, risk, and administrative processes. Ensure all corporate functions operate in full compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies. Establish and monitor service level agreements (SLAs) for all corporate functions to ensure timely, high-quality support to internal clients. Provide transparent reporting on divisional performance, risks, and strategic initiatives to the CGTO and Board as required Develop and implement change management frameworks, communication plans, and training strategies to ensure smooth adoption of new systems, policies, and organizational models. Lead the central Transformation team responsible for program managing strategic change initiatives, overseeing portfolio delivery, and ensuring benefits: realization. Serve as the primary orchestrator of change management for corporate-wide transformation initiatives (e.g., digital adoption, restructuring, process automation). Implement integrated planning and budgeting for the division, ensuring optimal resource allocation and financial discipline. Develop and execute an integrated Corporate Services strategy that supports the company’s growth, transformation, and operational plans. Requirements: & Qualifications Strong knowledge of HR practices, IT governance, risk management, corporate communications, and administrative best practices. Deep understanding of EPC/project-based business operations and support function requirements. Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills. High integrity, resilience, and ability to manage ambiguity and pressure. Demonstrated success in integrating support functions, driving operational excellence, and supporting organizational transformation. Formal certification or proven expertise in change management methodologies Proven experience: in budgeting, resource allocation, and performance management at a divisional level.
