Are you an experienced Welder Foreman with strong Hard-Facing, welding & fabrication expertise? This could be your next opportunity! Key Responsibilities: Supervise daily welding, hard-facing & fabrication activities Allocate work and coordinate welders/support personnel Interpret engineering drawings, specifications & welding procedures Ensure compliance with API, BSI, ASME & AWS standards Inspect weld quality, dimensions and finished work Enforce strict HSE & quality requirements: Manage welding equipment, materials and tools Minimize material waste and maximize productivity Train, mentor and provide technical guidance to welders Prepare progress reports and resolve operational challenges Requirements: SSCE + 2 years technical experience: OR ND/SSCE + 8 years’ Hard-Facing Welding experience: Welding Certificate is compulsory Strong ability to read drawings, manuals and specifications Experience: with welding tools, cutting equipment and fixtures Ability to work under pressure and with minimal supervision Strong problem-solving, planning and coordination skills Ability to stand for extended periods and work safely in demanding environments.
