The Operations Officer is responsible for coordinating and supporting the day-to-day operational activities of the business to ensure efficient service delivery and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety standards, and operational procedures. Liaise with the technical team to ensure prompt deployment and completion of client requests. Escalate operational issues and recommend practical solutions to improve efficiency. Track operational performance and prepare periodic reports for management. Monitor service schedules and ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate stock records. Coordinate procurement requests and track the delivery of fragrance oils, diffusers, and branding materials. Schedule and monitor installation, maintenance, and servicing of ambient scenting systems. Coordinate logistics and deliveries to clients across various locations. Support warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching products. Ensure operational documentation is properly maintained and updated. Coordinate daily operational activities to ensure timely execution of client projects. Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and service delivery. Work closely with the technical team to ensure smooth onboarding and fulfilment of customer orders. Qualifications & Experience: Minimum of 2–4 years’ experience: in operations, logistics, supply chain, or a related role. Experience: in service-based, retail, FMCG, or manufacturing industries is an added advantage.
