Resolve merchant issues and gather feedback. Collaborate with internal teams to drive marketplace growth. Requirements HND/B.Sc. in a relevant field. Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Merchant Management, Business Development, Sales, or Account Management. E-commerce or retail experience is an advantage.
